What can I expect from our sessions?
I create a safe and non-judgmental space so that you can fully explore your vision and define your goals. Our sessions will be focused on your needs and we will use a range of tools and exercises to help support your journey. There may be work for you to do outside of our sessions and the work and energy you put into this is what will move you along. You will be asked to reflect on what you need to change in your life to achieve your vision, and my honest and direct approach will help you cut through the noise to really hear yourself.
How many sessions do I need?
It’s dependent on your needs! I typically suggest six one-hour (bi-weekly) sessions to start the coaching process. It allows for quality deep dive into your vision and goal and provides time for action steps to be supported. Some individuals prefer to extend sessions beyond that and you can make that decision at any point during or after the process. Meaningful change takes time and effort.
